You can feel the... positive energy when you walk in the door and can tell how much they all love working together and love their jobs. They are always very accommodating with appointments and every interaction has been positive over the last 6 years. I would drive across Houston just to have this experience. After two years working with the team on my smile at True Image I can certainly say that everyone from the front... office, technicians, to Dr. Dave and Dr. Sonny is incredible! They helped me through every step of the process! They were all very understanding and helpful in regards to my treatment plan. We love Dr. Dave & Dr. Sonny!!! Three years getting my daughters smile right, each visit was pleasant, almost... enjoyable! The staff is smart, friendly, and efficient. (No turnover either, which says a lot about the culture!) Appointments are almost always on time with no wait and if you have to wait- the arcade! Then a grand exit when you get your braces off!!! Absolutely recommend and would give seven more stars if possible. With all the choices, True Image was the best choice.read more
